The treatment was amazing but no staff on arrival, after treatment they left the room whilst I get dressed and said see you outside but again no one there. This was a pattern for the week.

Spa was fine - nothing special but was a nice experience (although there is no sauna). The massage was really good but the afternoon tea was a very low standard and failed to cater to dietary requirements, despite being made aware of them several weeks in advance.

I booked this spa experience and massage for my fiancè for his birthday. We loved the little and relaxing spa. According to him, Tetiana’s massage was wonderful and he felt amazing ever since!
