The spa is extremely small and we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as it was too cold and they could not heat it up. The massage was great, as was the afternoon tea!

Staff were professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The massage was excellent.

Really lovely little spa, great staff and the massage was fantastic - I’ve already recommended it to friends. It’s a shame there isn’t a relaxation room, but it was still a really nice place to unwind. They also did a really nice afternoon tea.

A very good morning! We were treated with a filling breakfast followed by our spa treatment. The massage was one of the best that I have had, and my body was feeling very thankful after. Friendly staff, an all round pleasant experience.

Good value for £70 a head. The facilities really only have room for 1 person. I can't emphasise that they are literally about as small as you could expect a spa to be. We were politely greeted and given a nice glass of fresh orange juice and hot towel. The afternoon tea was very good as well and the glass of sparkling wine was very nice. The spa itself is perfectly nice but as mentioned it is absolutely tiny with very little to do aside from using the steam room and sitting in the jacuzzi. My major complaint with the whole experience is to do with the massage. The massage itself was relaxing and competent however there is no shampoo provided to wash the massage oil out of one's hair so you have to wait until you get home to wash out the oil properly. Also, the masseuse broke my girlfriend's hair clip when taking it out of her hair and did not mention it. Annoying to arrive home and find that a nice hairclip has been broken and there was no mention of it, let alone an apology. Overall, good value and enjoyable experience, slightly marred by no way of washing the oil from one's hair and by breaking a hair clip.
