Friendly staff, lovely massage. Having time to use the steam room and jacuzzi make this a very relaxing experience.

Therapist Valee was so welcoming, calm and friendly from the start it set such a nice vibe to our spa time. I was lucky enough to have her as my massage therapist and wow! It was one of the best massages I’ve had; her technique and experience was superb!! Would love to enjoy this again :)

The afternoon tea was a disgrace
No filling in sandwiches , bought scones and soggy miniature cakes
Greasy spoon tea cold , didn’t speak English and offered nothing else even though we had nothing ruined my sisters birthday
Don’t go !!!
That and a massage was £111 definitely mid sold the experience
