Awful. Don’t bother. They’re closing down so the facilities are not well looked after. No double room, awful 2 course lunch and massage was not great.

I was really pleased with everything the venue, the staff and how relaxed I felt before and after. The lady that gave me the treatments was really professional and knew exactly what was needed to be done, I went with nerve pain in my left are and left without it, so I'm really pleased with the result and would definitely go again.

Spa and afternoon tea package was poor. Eating afternoon tea which was basic and while other customers were eating Indian food was unpleasant. Spa facilities very small and basic shared by other guests. With guests viewing facilities at the same time. Robes delivered after spa and towels were too small. Spa bed/bench split under the towels which is unhygienic and a health hazard. Fed back to the reception staff after they enquired how our trip was however no compensation offered.

Absolutely lovely experience. The massage was really relaxing and the spa is small and private, perfect way to de-stress
