Small spa but lovely massage. Good location. Having additional shower facilities/changing rooms would be beneficial.

Masseuse was brilliant. Music did stop half way through and unfortunately got told on the day the spa was closed and didn’t receive my tea/hot chocolate so the 3 key things they sold for this experience I only received 1. Staff were accommodating.

The hotel messed up our afternoon tea booking
The spa receptionist and the manager emailed me and confirmed everything but we were told by the restaurant that no booking was made, hence we had to leave without having one. The spa is very small with only one toilet and shower facility.
