The Spa at Chilworth is small but perfect for one or two guests. There is a small steam room about 2m by 3m and a small jacuzzi about the same size - but they seem to book just one person/group in at a time, so it's like your own personal spa. I had one hour in the steam room and jacuzzi and one hour massage and that was just perfect. The staff were really friendly and nice, and they provide everything you need - towels, slippers, shower gel etc.
Treatment by Single Room
This is my third time here: we loved the first 2 times,but the standards have dropped.
1. The price has increased from £80 to £85. OK, fine, if standards were maintained, but they were not.
2. We arrived 10mins early to be told another booking was made, and we were delayed by 25min.
3. The spa had floating knots of hair and other debris.
4. The teas we ordered were not available as they gave them to another party.
5. The vegetarian option is poor - houmous in some bread?!
Anyway, it's a shame.

The venue is not the sexiest on earth, but the massage itself was worth the blah surroundings
