This is our third visit to The Club Hotel and Spa and once again we’ve enjoyed our time here. The staff are an asset to the hotel ensuring you are looked after and have everything you need. On this occasion we brought our grandson for whom it was his first visit to the island. He enjoyed everything Jersey had to offer, especially the jet skiing.

Returned here based on the very positive memories of my previous experience in 2014 (note I do not live in Jersey, hence the timeframe)
The SPA looks rather tired and in need of a good session of TLC.
The massage was fine and the members of staff all super friendly. However the devil is in the details they say, and it's true that the bathrobes provided were significantly worn out and the premises not kept in pristine state. For the experience had, all in all, the paid price way too high.
Aromatherapy Massage
Come here regularly for pedicures, was not provided the full treatment I booked i.e. no paraffin wax but this was fine maybe due to my booking late but I was still charged the same amount despite not receiving advertised treatment.
Arik is an exceptional therapist.
