Expensive for what it was, I’ve had similar experiences/treatments before which were far superior, had a lot more to them and were a lot cheaper.

The relaxation room was very untidy. Facial was lovely, full body massage was good but didn’t include feet which I thought was bizarre. Cristina was lovely and showed me where everything was. My mum came the following day and didn’t have as good of a time, facial didn’t include her neck and shoulder massage like mine did and her therapist didn’t show her around any of the spa or to her locker, considering my mum needs assistance. And she was asked to pay even though I paid the day before.

We had a lovely morning and it was relaxing , the outside pool area was great as it was a lovely day. The therapists are good and looked after us well.We were a bit disappointed that the steam room was out of order, not too sure if the salt cabin was working fully either. Some areas of the spa and changing room are in need of renovation.
