The therapist was not welcoming from the beginning and left an uncomfortable impression. We were given the key for the locker by the main recetion as per the instruction written at the spa reception ( when no one at the spa reception area )
The therapist found us down the stairs and starred as us in an uncomfortable way and unwelcome.
We had our facial but we will not come back.

Sadly the spa fell well below our expectations.
Needs a full renovation, mouldy tiles, broken switches and a musty smell everywhere - peeling paint on all the ceilings and no extra dry towels for when changing. We even had used flip flops in different sizes.
I've been to better public pools.
The hotel itself is lovely so it's strange they have left the spa go to such rack and ruin yet charging full market rate for treatments.
