Christina made my visit exceptional, her professionalism, her attention to detail and her concern of my needs was second to none. All other staff were lovely and welcoming too. I left left rejuvenated and relaxed. The facilities were enjoyable also and I enjoyed using them

The massage and the staff were amazing, it’s just a shame the spa wasn’t clean. There was a massive clump of hair, dirt and fluff on the side on the pool so every time we swam that’s what we were looking at. The steam room had lots of tiles missing that were just left loose on the bench. The glass screen at the side of the pool to hide the shower and salt cabin was really dirty and rusty. Just generally wasn’t as clean as you would expect for a 5 star hotel.

The venue does not feel clean and unfortunately smelled very musty both in the treatment room and relaxation room after. It did not make me feel relaxed to be in that environment.
The massage itself was really lovely and my masseur was very friendly and professional.
It is a shame the venue let the overall experience down and it would stop me from returning.
