Mud rasul was great and very relaxing. Unfortunately the main spa area was lacking the same atmosphere. The pool is very nice but the salt room was broken and the shower was not working at first. I headed in a screw,tape and sharp metal fixing which was all on the floor and could have been stepped on. For the price you pay for an overnight stay I would think it could be better. The staff are lovely but let down by the facilities somewhat. I'm sure it will all be sorted.

The facilities and massage were lovely the afternoon tea was nice but the cream wasn’t nice
Relaxing Massage
My sister and myself waited at reception in the spa for ages before we realized that no one was there, we had checked in at the main reception first but they didn’t tell us that there was no one in the spa reception.
We went and got changed to find out that the only things available were the pool and steam room, nothing else had been working or turned on which was disappointing.
