Facilities not as good as appear from the outside. No privacy in the changing rooms. The therapy room was cold and uninviting, should be warm and smell nice. Therapists didn't engage until the end when I was asking questions & smelt of cigarettes. Would not recommend to friends/family. Spa facilities, nice but was not told until the end I had access to all this so came unprepared ( no swim wear) nothing in e-mail to say I was allowed to use Spa.

The hotel is tucked away on a busy high road. All facilities are great, spa and swimming pool! V. Good breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
