Unfortunately the main spa area was lacking the same atmosphere. The pool is very nice but the salt room was broken and the shower was not working at first. I headed in a screw,tape and sharp metal fixing which was all on the floor and could have been stepped on. For the price you pay for an overnight stay I would think it could be better. The staff are lovely but let down by the facilities somewhat. I'm sure it will all be sorted.

Relaxing Massage
My sister and myself waited at reception in the spa for ages before we realized that no one was there, we had checked in at the main reception first but they didn’t tell us that there was no one in the spa reception.
We went and got changed to find out that the only things available were the pool and steam room, nothing else had been working or turned on which was disappointing.

Loved the whole experience. Such friendly staff. Great massage. Best I’ve had. Just a bit disappointed a solution was not made to bring down our ordered drinks. Even in plastic cups. I will definately be back. A great day out with my sister.
Relaxing Massage
I found the atmosphere all around flat. The staff were polite but there was no oumph apart from Freya who made conversation and was attentive. Although the massage was nice the therapy room was rather cold and had a smell of damp. Half way through I turned on my front and then realised that even the head cushion had a wet smell. Being half way through I was not going to make a fuss. I was also expecting a nice smelly room with oils but there was none. The pool was not even lukewarm either.
