I really enjoyed the experience - the morning was a little spoiled by families (probably staying overnight) bringing young children down to the pool area at the start of the morning. Some of these adults were as noisy as the children they were with! I am a teacher, so used to this, but I had booked the spa morning as an escape from school life ... The facilities were excellent (relaxation room a little hard to find, but a great space) and the massage was wonderful.
