The spa treatments were excellent. The cleanliness was poor especially in the sauna experience. And the attention to detail and cleanliness in the spa relax room was also poor. In the Bohemia restaurant there was no attentiveness from the staff and we were served Prosecco instead of champagne - poor!

There were little bugs all over the floor in the steam room and salt room, didn’t look like it had been cleaned , hairs bugs and smalll tiles on the floor.

Nothing terrible, staff all very helpful, but generally a bit run down; tiles falling off walls, sauna not working, lots of minor maintenance issues. Overall impression was of somewhere a bit run down and needing maintenance. Not the most conducive to relaxing.
