Hey there, you've asked me to full in this feedback form, however, my treatment got cancelled on Tuesday and I'm still waiting to hear back about rebooking it.
We're very thankful that we were able to still use the facilities as we had planned a morning with my friend and my son and were treated very well by the team on duty.

Massage was really great, but there were a couple of things that we were slightly disappointed with. For example the spa itself, the sauna wasn't open and was only the salt room. And the afternoon tea, there is no option to book the time for this on the website, so we were waiting around a while until we were served, normal drinks were asked but not if we wanted tea, it was only when prompt by another member of staff we received the tea, without milk, and this was way after the food was served
