Disappointed.
As discussed with the Manager when I checked out:
- Humming noise from Fuse Box (Was rectified by the team)
- Air Conditioning System, blade was slapping against something within the air-vent which created very loud noise. Had to turn off and open the window, but window was on Green St side so traffic noise instead.
- Dirty Shower
- Booked for Bohemia, but found out it was closed after booking.
- Charged for breakfast even though it was included in booking (rectified by staff).
Hot Stone Massage
Great relaxing treatment spoiled by the next day phone call asking if I've paid despite the fact I've handed my b-day voucher to the receptionist (there were two at the time and both talked to me)
Classic Facials
Great experience for the 4 of us - no one else using the spa so had it all to ourselves.
