Valentina was polite and professional, and enjoyed the massage experience. Although, disappointed because we had the mud rasul booked, but a malfunction with the steam room meant we had to cancel. Had our money refunded without hassle.

Arik’s attention to detail re my pedicure is second to none. She works to a very high standard and it shows in her work, she is conscientious and meticulous re the finer details.
It’s a shame she is leaving but hopefully we’ll see her back in Jersey soon.
