There were many great aspects to the hotel: the reception team was welcoming and helpful. The service in the bar was excellent as was our experience of the Bohemia restaurant.
However, the service at breakfast was rather haphazard: on the first morning we were left unattended for over ten minutes whilst others who arrived later than us were served first. I'd booked and paid in full for a spa treatment weeks in advance, which was cancelled a few days beforehand without any reason provided.
I had a very relaxing stay and tried most of the facilities, Roxy was a really caring therapist, che king on and giving me exactly what I needed. I re command her as a therapist. The spa facilities could be improved by giving more explanation and having instructions on how to use the different facilities around the indoor pool and thermal suite
Good enough, but not perfect. There was a mop left in the changing rooms, the massage was nice but she didn't focus on the areas that I asked for. I went to use the pool afterwards but the music was so loud I ended up skipping it.
The facial itself was ok. Not the best I’ve ever had but one of the most expensive. I use skinceuticals and had booked this specifically because I’m used to it but not so sure that she used these products. I was given a form to fill out asking me how much information I’d like during facial. I said I would like information but the girl never spoke to me once. They did sell the products but obviously as I wasn’t told anything about them I didn’t buy anything.
We went into the relaxing room after our swim before our massage. There was a container with water but no plastic cups. The experience shower did not work properly.
