Rasul treatment was amazing - so intense and relaxing. The spa itself needs a lot of tlc. The pool was cold and the rim dirty. It was not clean - there was an old bit of cotton wool that hadn’t been cleaned away all the time I was there. No lights in the shower experience or Turkish bath and the light was hanging out in the steam room which is dangerous. I would say 4 star

Changing facilities tiny, dirty and lockers had no towels in them or hangers

Needs more guidance from the outset and at the end. Where was the post-therapy advice on drinking some water afterwards, for example? Why did we fill out a form if it was only being filed away and not being used to offer us some guidance?
