The atmosphere and service was good. However, we were slightly disappointed at the presentation of the facilities with the pool noted to be developing black mould in places and the light in the relaxation room was resting outside it's socket.
Not what I was expecting, I wanted a 5* relaxing time and I didn’t get that. Lots of staff changes I think, which have been triggered from Covid which is a shame. But it has left less experienced people trying to cover. I wouldn’t go there for nails, there are salons that are better. The massages were good but the place is also a bit outdated. I did send feedback directly and received no apology or acknowledgement.
We have stayed at the Hotel before and eaten at Bohemia a few times, so we booked the Rasul Mud spa. As ever, the front desk staff are lovely but I think the colleague in the spa/treatments zone was having an off day and was quite rude. Otherwise, a very pleasant visit.
