Very friendly helpful staff. Very quiet hotel. Spa treatment excellent. Spa eg sauna pool etc looking a bit tired in places ! Breakfast good . Would have liked to open outside door .

They couldn’t remove my gels in an hour the head spa lady was pretty abrupt and rude the therapist was lovely to be fair it wasn’t her fault
