Treatment shortened from a 55 minute facial and then eyebrow wax to 35 minutes for both. No massage included (as advertised in the facial). Therapist spent most of the time busying herself with the products and washing things. Overall a very strange experience.

I cannot express enough superlatives to describe Claires treatment. She is by far the best masseur I’ve ever experienced
Aromatherapy Massage
The atmosphere and service was good. However, we were slightly disappointed at the presentation of the facilities with the pool noted to be developing black mould in places and the light in the relaxation room was resting outside it's socket.
