We arrived at the Hotel Spa there was no-one there to greet us, despite arriving 40mins after it said we could at 8.40am. The hotel receptionist found us some towels a locker key. I went with my husband & in the men's lockers there were robes & towels & flip flops, but the women's were empty.
In the relaxation room the water hadn't been replaced since the day before and that wasn't done until 9.40am.
