I have visited many spas both in Jersey and abroad plus visited The Club and Spa many times as the best spa in Jersey. The staff there are always pleasant and welcoming, very professional and free parking. First time with Claire who was exceptional. Best massage ever.
Aromatherapy Massage
The massage I received was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The masseuse was very skillful and created a thoroughly relaxing environment. I will look forward to repeating the experience on a regular basis.

We arrived at the Hotel Spa there was no-one there to greet us, despite arriving 40mins after it said we could at 8.40am. The hotel receptionist found us some towels a locker key. I went with my husband & in the men's lockers there were robes & towels & flip flops, but the women's were empty.
In the relaxation room the water hadn't been replaced since the day before and that wasn't done until 9.40am.
