Arik’s attention to detail re my pedicure is second to none. She works to a very high standard and it shows in her work, she is conscientious and meticulous re the finer details.
It’s a shame she is leaving but hopefully we’ll see her back in Jersey soon.
Pedicure
The hotel was great for our family, rooms very good, food was excellent. The service was good but could do with some staff been a little more friendlier. The whole hotel was very clean and well kept. Except the spa area especially the steam room etc could do with a deep clean and refurbishment.
Overall i would highly recommend and stay again

Spent the morning at The Club as a treat with my mother. Staff really thoughtful, caring and approachable. We were made to feel welcome and were well looked after. The back massage was fabulous!

This is our third visit to The Club Hotel and Spa and once again we’ve enjoyed our time here. The staff are an asset to the hotel ensuring you are looked after and have everything you need. On this occasion we brought our grandson for whom it was his first visit to the island. He enjoyed everything Jersey had to offer, especially the jet skiing.
