Went in for a balayage and hair cut after doing a lot of research and he had good reviews so booked an appointment. The only relatively good thing was the colour that I got, even that I'm not too happy with at the moment because it looked more noticeable in the salon. The colour starts so low down my hair it looks like I've been growing out highlights for atleast a year. Even whilst Benjamin was applying the colour I'd said I didn't want the colour starting too low (my hair is very long by the way) and he said I misunderstood him and that he was going to colour higher up. Feel so disappointed as I spent a good amount of money and I was so excited to get my hair coloured after years. I am happy with the transition of colour but he could have started higher up. Waste of money and not going back.

I didn't get the required service i paid for. I wouldn't recommend going there for balayage. Look elsewhere!
