I asked for a blonde balayage, already being a natural blonde with leftover pink in my hair. I went out looking worse than i went in, my hair had been bleached so much that the whole bottom of my hair is ruined when it was in great condition before. Not only this but my hair looked no different apart from the fact it had been burned and now I will have to spend a lot of money on correcting it. The pictures on Ben's Instagram, is exactly the opposite of what I received.

First time here, and I had such a lovely experience. I have difficult hair and wanted it a certain way and Ben delivered x my hair is just the way o like it and I love it. I was talked through every step of the way. The price is extremely reasonable as well. Will definitely be coming back again

My third visit to the Colour Lounge and it was excellent as usual. Friendly, welcoming and I love my hair. Benjamin is a fab hairdresser and nothing is too much trouble for them. The salon has a stylish vibe and even the coffee is presented with flair. Highly recommended
