I saw Chelsea who was excellent - she did a fantastic job on my brows and nails and did everything she could to make it a comfortable and enjoyable appointment. I would definitely recommend her.
The salon itself is in the middle of a redecoration and so was in a bit of disarray but I assume this will be sorted soon.
My main gripe with the salon is the very limited choice of colours for a gel manicure, particularly summer colours. I struggled to find even one I liked this time and there was nothing similar to what I actually hoped for (a pastel blue, purple or grey). They haven’t increased the selection since I last had my nails done there over a year ago despite the fact that I know other people have suggested it. I would love to go back as it is a conveniently located salon with great staff - but I won’t unless the range is better, which is a shame.
