My friend and I came down to Bournemouth and wanted a Spa Day treat both for similar reasons of wanting to find a way to totally relax away from everyday stresses and strains. We had been to this hotel in recent years and wanted to repeat the experience. The day started with use of the leisure facilities, followed by a delicious lunch. Great service and food. We then both had a Back, Neck and shoulders massage followed by a minut treatment. We both agreed our therapists were professional.

The Therapists were first class. Informative, friendly and very professional. 10 out of 10. The Receptionist was not particularly welcoming and did not smile throughout our visit. No towels, robes, changing rooms or showers provided.

Ellie was extremely attentive. She thoroughly explained the treatment and products, she was very knowledgeable. Ellie is amazing in her treatments, she spent time afterwards helping me to buy the right products for me. My skinfelt amazing afterwards.

Lisa was very attentive, checking I was warm enough and the pressure was OK. My massage was very ralaxing. I wasn't much for the cottage though, it was cold in the entrance where we were sat afterwards having our water.

We offer a wonderful range of relaxing treatments to local residents and hotel guests and are located just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre and the beach.

The Cottage by Bluewater Spa is located within the grounds of The Connaught Hotel. Offering a variety of indulgent treatments for up to two people in each room, including massages, facials, scrubs and wraps from our experienced spa team.

Bluewater Spa incorporates four additional treatment rooms (including two doubles). Spa day guests can enjoy full use of the hotel facilities; from the 18m indoor pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, gym and relaxation lounge, to the relaxing gin bar, brasserie and courtyard spaces.

Please note that we will require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or amendments to your booking, cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.
