Lovely treatment here. Really relaxing and wonderful atmosphere and surroundings. The relaxation room before and after was brilliant too! Therapist was very good, incredibly strong but listened and adjusted it when I needed a softer pressure. Would definitely go back.
Sadly, not the best service, from beginning to the end.
The treatments ( facial and hot stone massage) both completed in 35 mins.
We were not told we had to dress for lunch, until we arrived in the dining area. Previous spa days, we stay in our robes.
Personally it was poor service, the beautician was lovely, just a shame the facility didn't make the spa day special.

Spa treatment was so relaxing. Loved the relaxation room. Shame not many seats around pool but understand there just isn't the floor space. Delicious afternoon tea aswell. Was a great spa package. Will Definately come again x
Friendly staff, treatments were good value for money based on length of treatment, products used and effect achieved. Relaxation room was very nice for after treatments.
