Undoubtedly the steam room was out of order and had been for a few days according to hotel guests. When we got into the jacuzzi only one foot jet worked and we were told this was a problem too. It wasn’t to the end of our session when another hotel guest got in and got it to work stating the button is really hard to press to get it fully working.
The afternoon tea and service in the bar area was exceptional.
We stayed at the hotel for the spa break.
I could not fault the service, the staff, food or the hotel. It was a truely brillant stay and will definatley be returning.
Once our room wss ready we recieved a phone call to infirm us. They also use a watts app service to ensure you are happy with the service during your stay.
