The staff are very friendly and informative. Everything was clean and calm. The treatments were great. We had the afternoon tea in the restaurant after and the staff seemed to pride themselves on their service.

The lady who served us our afternoon tea couldn't do enough. She even came after me when I was leaving as I had forgotten my cakes. She was fabulous xx
