I love this venue. It has the feel of a real luxurious spa. The on site pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna are probably one of the best spa's I've visited. The treatment rooms are tidy, well stocked and relaxing. Added with the relaxation room makes the experience so much better. I find reception staff and Spa staff always approachable and happy to please

Fabulous relaxing facial.
Can't wait til I'm back in Bournemouth again to book my next treatment. Lisa is first class and did the best facial. My skin felt very hydrated and cleansed after.
