My therapist Lisa was wonderful, she noted my medical conditions and ensured I was totally comfortable during my treatments. I felt truly at ease with Lisa which I usually find hard.
Our afternoon tea was incredible. Fresh, varied savouries, a choice of drink and a beautiful selection of cakes and scones. The chorizo and tomato scone with cream cheese and tomato pickle was so soft and beautifully cooked. The restaurant staff were friendly, accommodating and a credit to the team.
Swedish Massage
The hotel reception, lounge and dining room were beautiful - and the receptionist was a total delight, going over and above.
The spa however was quite tired, reception is wasn’t very friendly but the therapists were excellent.
Had a cheese and pickle sandwich for lunch but it was 70% pickle and 30% cheese.
Would go back as know what to expect.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
I came to Bluewater spa for my partners birthday. The entire experience was wonderful. The venue was modern and relaxing. It was lovely and quiet when we came midweek. The afternoon tea was incredible and the treatments we had were equally as incredible. There was a lot of attention to detail throughout. I would highly recommend coming here.
