Upon arrival a parking permit is required from reception.
As previously the booked treatment which was a facial had been booked in as a massage so that was changed.
The spa facilities were not included in the voucher and would have cost £20 extra per person. This was not agreed to and we were allowed in on this occasion but not given a towel and so had to ask for one.
A good size pool and the temperature of the water was comfortable. A jacuzzi,steam room and sauna.

My Sister and I had a voucher for a facial and afternoon tea. We also added a hot stone massage.
The massage was great. The facial was nearly an hour long, and was absolutely fantastic, probably one of the best I’ve ever had.
This wasn’t my first visit. I have been on a few spa days, and enjoyed every one of them. 😊

Really fab massage & could happily have stayed longer. Sharon worked her magic on my swollen legs & ankles - now nice and slim again. Only downside is you're a bit far from London. Hope you see you again soon 🌺
