Ellie was very friendly and welcoming. I opted for firm pressure with my massage and she kept the pressure firm throughout. Got rid of loads of knots in my shoulders. It was still really relaxing though, quite an art. Thanks Ellie, it was amazing
Body Treatments
A very welcoming Spa with great facilities and extremely helpful and pleasant staff. I would like to see the changing rooms updated with more modern fittings and showers in a separate room to prevent the wet floors creating a safety hazard.

Facial and massage were both incredible,
Facial had me glowing all day and looking fresh

The spa treatment rooms and the relaxation room were lovely, the gym was dirty and the equipment was worn. The pool was cloudy and poolside area not clean.
The changing room was also not very clean, the showers you had to press every 10 seconds to come on, the floor was soaking wet and very slippy throughout the facilities. It was also very very hot so you could not cool down at all

Nice and friendly staff , good facilities. The floor was a little bit wet and slippery though, not just around the pool, but everywhere.
