Booked for me and my partner with an afternoon tea. Atmosphere is very relaxing, the therapists were great and checked I liked the pressure at the start of the massage and again half way through, which I liked. I asked for a vegan cream tea and it was lovely, even the wait staff knew the prosecco wasn't vegan which was impressive as not many know that! We also used the facilities, the pool was a lovely temp and clean and sauna was perfectly hot! My favourite spa and always recommended!

We had a lovely experience at the spa. The treatment was very relaxing and helpful and the ambience of the spa was lovely. All the staff were delightful.
The pool area good with the use of a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The only thing that let it down was a slightly tired pool area. Very good value for money.

Spa, ok, however jacuzzi & steam room could do with an update, hardly any pressure in jacuzzi jets, was like sitting in a warm bath.
Steam room smelt exceptionally damp, black ? Mould on floor also.
Therapist recalled it was my birthday which was nice.
