The dark sensory room before treatment was welcomed. Treatment was pleasant. Therapist let me know what to expect and asked if it was ok. Perhaps would have preferred a little firmer/slower massage. But generally lovely experience. Maybe some background music would help me relax more, like in the darked room.
Overall a very good spa day treatments were excellent, lunch was delicious and generous portion size. Spa area was very hot uncomfortable at times. Receptionist and therapists had fans in the rooms. Got the impression they were having some issues with the temperature, heard other guests mention it too
Tha package for evening spa day it's good value for money. The Vegan afternoon tea was great the service was great. The atmosphere was a bit of as in the same room there were family with kids what was a bit disturbing. The staff was lovely. In my opinion the robes could be slightly bigger as I'm not fat person and I had problem to cover myself. The pool was decent size, both saunas working well and in good condition. I loved the fact there was sign about taking showers before and after entering

Took my mum for her 1st ever spa day for her 80th birthday, loved it so much she wants to go again x
Hotel and spa was amazing , afternoon tea was yummy x
