Spa, ok, however jacuzzi & steam room could do with an update, hardly any pressure in jacuzzi jets, was like sitting in a warm bath.
Steam room smelt exceptionally damp, black ? Mould on floor also.
Therapist recalled it was my birthday which was nice.

I felt it was very relaxing and boutique hotel near all amenities. Nice and clean love the spa facilities.

A slightly disappointing experience as it was to celebrate mine and my friends significant birthdays.
We obviously wanted the exact same experience which we thought we’d booked (I had asked if they were the same at the time of purchase and was reassured they were) Sadly this wasn’t the case and we ended up paying extra to have identical experiences, I can only think it was because they were purchased at different times but a shame no less. I’m left wondering how the same treatment was £20 extra.
You could do with some loungers next to the pool rather than chairs and tables as we would’ve liked to have relaxed and gone in and out of the water. I think if the day was a little longer, it wouldn’t feel quite so rushed,, perhaps another hour till 5 o’clock instead of four. There were three of us chatting, so it took quite a long time to do everything, we only had an hour and a half before lunch and then half an hour after lunch before a treatment before we had to get changed and leave
