On arrival there was no one on reception to book us in and we waited about 15 mins despite hailing a passing member of staff for assistance. The floor in the changing room was very wet and slippery. Although a warning sign was present this doesn’t stop the floor being a falls risk. We never saw a member of staff come in to mop the floor dry. Therapy staff were pleasant and respectful.
Booked a spa package for husbands 60th birthday.
Both the massage and facials were excellent.
Both ladies very professional.
Look forward to returning again soon when we are next in Bournemouth
