Been going here for years, love it. Although the decor in places is showing its age, a revamp would be in order.
The therapists are fabulous and listen to your needs.
Therapeutic Massage
The massage was lovely . My only complaint was the decor in the pool area , it is dated , ceiling has seen better days and jacuzzi needs updating . It must be hard when the bills for these big hotels are massive . The cream tea we had after was so nice and the staff were absolutely delightful, very smiley and friendly. Makes the experience special xx
