We had a wonderful relaxing spa day. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the massage/facial therapists were excellent. They really put us at ease and made us feel comfortable and it was a really relaxing, enjoyable experience.
We had a perfect day at The Bluewater Spa. From our welcome at reception, our introduction to the spa, the treatments and the afternoon tea, all staff were lovely and friendly. The facilities were clean and relaxing and the therapists were superb. We will definitely be returning soon.
The treatments were really good , I visited with my daughters as a treat before their wedding
We had a voucher for 55 min treatment and afternoon tea
We were not allowed to use the spa unless we paid another £20 each, my girls arrived before me and were told they had to pay £ 30 extra each … even though an e mail sent after the vouchers were brought , that it would be £20 extra .
So they paid £20 on showing the email and were given a very thin pool towel - shame

Merci vivement et pleinement à Daniela qui a effectué le plus merveilleux des massages ! Je suis une habituée des massages et de mémoire, je n'ai jamais eu une telle sensation de relaxation après seulement 25 mn de traitement. Divin ! Le cadre est, par ailleurs, très cosy, d'une propreté irréprochable. Ce fut un afternoon tea entre amies très réussi. D'ailleurs, ma meilleure amie entend revenir avec des copines !
