The treatments were wonderful, the rest of the spa was poor. There was no one to check us in/give us our robes etc & show us around. The pool wasn't busy, but we couldn't sit by it & relax as there were barely any seats/loungers. We felt we couldn't use the 'relaxation room' as we wanted to chat. Would go again for a massage, but wouldn't pay out for a package again!
