Been to this SPA a couple of times. Always find it has a relaxing environment. On my latest visit had a really nice much needed 25mins back massage on my arrive to the BW hotel. The treatments performed by the staff at BW SPA are excellent.

My massage was fantastic, Tatjana was brilliant and very helpful. Unfortunately the staff member on Reception was abrupt and rude, she made me feel unwelcome.
