Always fantastic!! I have visited the Bluewater Spa at The Best Western Connaught several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff are so lovely and the massages are the best!!

First time at a spa. We booked a three day stay at the Connaught to include a spa day. The relaxing room did the job before being called in for a full body treatment. Didn't really know what to expect but the warm oils and back massage soon gave way to foot and and head massage. The head massage was very relaxing. The time went very quickly and we went back to the relaxation room.
On to the jacuzzi and pool for an hour finished the afternoon perfectly

Treatments were good and Poole area smaller than expected. I was disappointed in the changing facilities and area was very poor for changing, for applying makeup and hair drying.
The changing area was very hot and oppressive. Should have had some air conditioning. I was soaked and sweat pouring off me. I could not apply make up or dry my hair.

The facial was amazing! The surroundings we beautiful and relaxing. Elena was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. My skin looked and felt perfect after! Highly recommend
