I had the Champagne & truffle facial which also includes a hot stone massage . It was amazing. Sharon was very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend

Relaxation room too cold to relax in especially after a swim. Hand/body lotion depleted. Unable to use. Needed £1 for locker .. we did not have change. Should be key code locks nowadays. After we noticed massage came with free afternoon tea. Not mentioned to us at time of booking so we missed out.
