Staff were very welcoming. It was a very relaxed day and you didn’t feel hurried at all . The treatment rooms were clean and well maintained. In the pool area it was a good temperature including the water. Just the pool could to with a little maintenance at there were some tiles missing on the wall . Over all a fab day good value for money

Friendly and helpful staff member when booking to upgrade an existing package to make the day even more special for 3 people. Facial and massage was amazing, Therapists are amazing (thank you Hanna and team) we will book again.
A little bit of a rabbit warren, not easy to find where you are going.
Poole was lovely size, good temperature, but lots of missing tiles.
Overall really good experience, will definity book again, Thank you for a lovely spa day.

Always fantastic!! I have visited the Bluewater Spa at The Best Western Connaught several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff are so lovely and the massages are the best!!

First time at a spa. We booked a three day stay at the Connaught to include a spa day. The relaxing room did the job before being called in for a full body treatment. Didn't really know what to expect but the warm oils and back massage soon gave way to foot and and head massage. The head massage was very relaxing. The time went very quickly and we went back to the relaxation room.
On to the jacuzzi and pool for an hour finished the afternoon perfectly
