A few minutes delay turned into 20 but the treatments more than made up for it. Fab massage - convinced had been there for over an hour instead of the half - wonderfully relaxing and ticked all the boxes. Likewise, eyebrow shape meticulously spent time over. Couldn't fault the treatments or staff.
Out of their control however, poolside was too narrow, with beds sqeezed in restricting access, and steam room out of order on the day of visit. Gym equipment was a little tired and grubby, though a good range to hand.
I booked this for my friends hen party, the steam room was out of order, there was stuff floating in the jacuzzi, we also had an afternoon tea which I specified of 4 different occasions needed to be vegetarian, with no fish, when it arrived we had gammon and salmon sandwich, when I stated this they didn't offer to take it away as one person in the party wasn't vegetarian she had to eat them, my massage has left me with a physical bruise. I never normally use this spa and I will not be using it again for the price I paid there are much better spas in Bournemouth
Lovely decadent decor, professional friendly staff, great food. Let down by the steam room not working the day we visited. Notably there are only 6 loungers by the pool area which, when you go for a spa you expect to be able to sit and relax by the pool and this isnt the case. Definitely need to address the seating dilema otherwise would have been perfect.
Excellent time spent at the Bluewater Spa. Staff lovely..treatment amazing and afternoon tea big! !shame steam room wasn't working..but would book again!! Thank you
Friendly, charming therapist - good massage.
Good size pool for a hotel spa.
One receptionist early evening quite abrupt and unwelcoming - otherwise staff friendly and helpful.
