First time at this Spa, myself and two friends. Reception staff in Spa not very attentive, not shown where the gym was, not told where to put used towels etc, we were directed to the changing rooms and told someone would collect us at treatment time. Two of us found the robes too small, I asked the Spa receptionist for a larger one, she changed it but for one of the same size, told me they were all the same size! So if you are a size 14 or smaller you should be ok! Would not return here.

I had an excellent treatment, my friends was a bit rough , robes where too small , they were a large, we are both size 16 so abit poor .

This was such a treat and much needed. A relaxing swim, sauna and spell in the jacuzzi followed by a blissful full body massage was just what the doctor would have ordered had I asked! The therapist was absolutely brilliant and I floated out of the treatment room and the two course lunch was top notch. They must have excellent chefs who make every detail count.
Therapeutic Massage
Lisa was very welcoming, friendly yet professional. She consulted me before the massage and took my comments into consideration.
I was a little nervous beforehand as it had been a long time since I had had a massage but I was soon put at ease and made to feel comfortable.
The massage itself was lovely and relaxing and made me feel rejuvenated, especially the next day.
