The day was lovely from start to finish ,hotel and staff where of high standard and very nice ,spa treatment and furcilatys excellent and afternoon tea was very good ,would like to do it again sometime.
I'm a member and I treated my daughter to a massage. I had a quick facial. Both treatments were excellent!! The staff were friendly and looked after us beautifully. Thank you all.
The venue was clean and had a good ambiance, however despite booking a deep tissue massage that was most definitely not what I had. Pressure was too light it was basically strokes with hardly any attention paid to the part I'd asked them to focus on.
Go and book as soon as possible. The pool,jacuzi, steam room and sauna are so clean and beautifully presented. The lunch was delicious and staff so nice.
Only one criticism the ladies changing room was rather wet when I went for a shower. This was due to so many people using it.
I will be booking another visit in late September or October.
Blue water spa at the Connaught Hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. My friend and I booked a girls pamper day. On arrival we was welcomed by helpful friendly staff, we had tea and coffee in the lounge whilst we filled out the health questionnaire before being taken to the Spa. We dropped off our bags and went for an amazing two course light lunch with bubbly. The Spa treatments was great and the whole place was really clean and modern. Parking can be a bit tricky but you can double park and leave your keys at reception and they will park your car once a space becomes available. The day was a real treat, relaxing and fantastic value.
